Fridays, 14.30 to 15.30
Enjoy an hour of holistic yoga with a nice balance of exercise and relaxation. A typical session includes a couple breathing exercises, the sun salutation, and the 12 basic asanas, ending with a relaxation.
Feel refreshed and recharged after having moved almost all the muscles and joints in your body and having given your mind a brief hour of relative rest!
