Mindfulness
Starting March 18, 2011 there will be a mindfulness meditation class in the gallery at ZINmere center:
Fridays, 13.30 to 14.40
Come and learn to meditate in a quiet and lovely environment. Test out different types of approaches to meditation (breath, mantra, general awareness i.e. both insight and concentration techniques, as well as bodyscan, walking meditation, and light yoga exercises from the MBSR tradition).
Learn to sit quietly for shorter and longer periods and build up a personal meditation practise with the support and encouragement of fellow-meditators.
